Sea Salt
In Marisol®'s small traditional salt ponds,
salt crystals form from evaporation of clean Atlantic sea water by sun
and wind. Salt is hand-harvested with wooden rakes, and shaped into
piles. Sun and wind drying keeps moisture and sea water minerals
intact. Careful hand-harvesting produce a creamy-white salt without
washing: the "white gold" of the Algarve. Marisol® Sal Tradicional is
carefully ground medium (1 to 3 mm.) or fine (less than 1 mm.). Its
intact mineral profile,
rich in Magnesium, Potassium, Iodine and Selenium, makes this natural
seasalt healthy and flavorful. Use in food or as a bath, scrub or spa
salt. 100% natural, no additives, unrefined. Produced by organic and
kosher standards for sea salt, certified by Certiplanet and by Natural
