Sea Salt Spa Scrub Recipes:

Here are some basic recipes to try. Once you get the idea, you can try all kinds of different combination of oils, salts, and essential oils.

How to make and use the recipes: Sea salt spa scrubs are best when fresh, so mix up only the amount that you will use right away.

1) Mix all ingredient thoroughly (stirring with a small wooden stick or chopstick works well).

2) Get into the tub or shower. Gently rub the scrub all over the area desired, then run your bath or shower and rinse  the scrub off.

3) Enjoy! Your skin will be cleansed of dirt and dead skin cells and feel revitalized. Your complexion will be brighter due to increased circulation, and your skin will be moisturized.
