Le Paludier unrefined coarse moist grey sea salt is charged with natural clay from the salt marshes and naturally high in magnesium and other minerals.

*This coarse grey sea salt from Guérande is hand-collected according to an age-old ancestral celtic method. Simply collected using only wooden hand tools, and carefully sun-dried, it is kept gray intentionally in order to preserve its fine grey clay particles, and the smell and flavour of Dunalliella-Salina seaweed.
