If any product is found to be defective, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping, upon return of the product and verification of the problem. Returns must be pre-authorized within 14 days after delivery as follows: 1) Send us an e-mail describing the problem . Please include your name, address, email address and phone number. 2) We will get in touch with you. 3) Once authorized, you may then return the item(s) and we will verify the problem and issue a refund. We do our best to pack your shipment carefully in order to avoid damage. In the event that there is shipping damage, please save all of the packing materials and the damaged product(s) for verification by your local postal outlet. Please do not send the parcel back.
